When will my order ship?

Any order received before 12PM PST (M-F) will ship same day using the method selected. Orders placed after the 12PM PST cutoff will ship the following business day. If a Need by Date is selected it will take priority and the order will be processed to ship and arrive on that specific date using the method selected.

What is a Need by Date?

The Need by Date is the date the order needs to arrive at the destination. This should be the earliest arrival date possible. Our team will ship the order arrive on that specific date. If an order is placed for a future Need by Date, then it will get held to ship using the chosen method to arrive on that date. If it needs to ship ASAP, then leave the Need by Date field empty.

What shipping method should I choose
and how does it relate to my Need by Date?

If your order has a specific Need by Date be sure to select one of the Express shipping methods (Overnight, 2-Day & 3-Day). Ground service is not a time guarantee delivery method and should only be chosen if you don’t care when the material arrives. Ground service is the longest traveling method should not be used for event materials or big packages.

Saturday delivery is a premium service and is only offered in certain areas using specific shipping methods. This should only be selected if there is no option to deliver the order Monday-Friday. If your order requires Saturday delivery make sure to select a Need by Date and either 2-Day or Overnight as the shipping method. Our shipping team will determine if Saturday delivery is available in the area and the appropriate method needed to get it there. If it is not available for some reason our customer service team will reach out the requestor to make other arrangements.

Is freight an option?

Freight is offered if the order is going to be 20 or more boxes to ensure all boxes/materials arrive safely together at one time. Local Courier is used for Rush local bay area shipments. Our shipping team evaluates order box count and will suggest freight where applicable, your Almaden PM will reach out to request any additional information for delivery and walk you through the process. Once the freight quote is approved, we will handle the rest. Freight shipping works for both domestic and international shipments, but international shipments are subject to customs clearance and require additional shipping documents and depending on materials shipping manufacturers’ material and chemical lab reports.

Where are my return labels??

Shipping return labels will be included with any event material (banner, backdrop, tablecloth, survival kit) orders and any swag orders that have over 20pcs of any given item. Shipping labels will only be included with Domestic orders. International orders will NOT include a return label since those require additional information to get through customs. Before sending any international items back, please reach out to customerservice@almadenglobal.com with your order number, list of items that will be coming back including the quantities and number of boxes in your shipment. Please do NOT send back anything else as the shipment will be held by customs and require additional processing to be released.

When will my returned items be processed?

Standard returns are processed within 24-48hrs Monday-Friday. If the returned items are not in good condition, are combined with additional items from events or from other orders then this process can take longer. The customer service team will notify oyu if there is a delay in processing your returns for any reason. All items are inspected upon return. If there is any damage or if an item arrives that is not in our system without advanced notification, then the item will be moved to quarantine pending further 0disposition before processing. Additional processing fees will be added to the monthly portal billing for unexpected items in a return.

When will my new items I ordered through
Almaden be available on the portal?

If you purchased your promo, print or event items through Almaden no receiving fees apply and they will be available on the portal within 24-48hrs Monday-Friday after material arrives at the warehouse.
